1. What 99pings is (and isn't)

99pings is an AI workspace application operated by 99 Pings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. You interact with AI "Minds" to think, research, write, and explore ideas. It's a tool - not a human, not a professional advisor, and not a decision-maker for you. Use it to help you think, not as legal, medical, financial, or life advice.

2. Your account

You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your login details safe. Don't share access unless you're ready to take responsibility for what happens. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the system, break the law, or harm others.

3. Using 99pings responsibly

Don't use 99pings to break the law, harass people, bypass safeguards, or distribute illegal content. If something feels obviously wrong, don't do it.

4. AI output: important reality check

AI can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently incorrect. You're responsible for how you use outputs from 99pings, so double-check important information before acting on it.

5. Your content

You own what you create in 99pings. We don't claim ownership of your ideas, conversations, or work, but we do need permission to store and process your content so the product functions. We don't sell your private content.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payments run through Stripe, subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime. No dark patterns, no hostage tactics.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliability, but the service may change, features may evolve, and downtime can happen. That's part of building software, and we'll keep improving things over time.

8. Account termination

You can stop using 99pings whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk.

9. Liability (plain English version)

We provide 99pings "as is" and aren't liable for losses caused by relying blindly on AI output or misusing the platform. This is a tool, not a guarantee.
