99pings is operated by 99 Pings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We collect only what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data, spy on you, or do creepy stuff. The goal is a trustworthy personal workspace, not ad tech.

2. What we collect

We keep basic account info like your email and login details, usage data about how you use the app, the content you create inside 99pings, and payment status information from Stripe. We never see full card numbers. That's it.

3. How your data is used

Your data keeps the service running, saves your conversations and Minds, helps us improve performance and reliability, and allows us to support you when you ask for help. We don't use your private data to train public AI models.

4. AI and data processing

Your content is processed by AI systems to generate responses, which is required for 99pings to work. Private workspaces stay private.

5. Payments

Stripe handles all payments. We don't store or process credit card numbers, and Stripe's own security and privacy policies apply to the billing flow.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal cookies and simple analytics to understand what's working, what's broken, and what needs improving. There's no invasive tracking and no ad networks.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
